The multi-brand app was designed for the most critical of situations in everyday agricultural life: a machine is in use in the field and breaks down. The machine may no longer be mobile and the user has no connection to identify the right part via the internet.
The user can download the individual parts catalogs of various brands in their fleet in advance giving them the genuine spare-parts documentation including technical drawings “in their pocket” and available offline.
When researching, they can save the identified parts in a shopping basket and – as soon as they are back online – send this directly to the authorized dealer’s agroparts DealerShop or alternatively by e-mail.
Dealer’s service employees can create several fleets at once and send the spare-parts order directly to their own buyers.
